Four Hot Exercises to Eliminate Cellulite

There are all sorts of treatments specifically created to reduce or eliminate cellulites, but no one is 100% efficient without the support of physical exercise. Cellulite can be visibly reduced by shaping the muscles in the affected areas through regular exercises, but also combined with a proper diet.
We will focus in this article at reducing cellulites in the waist area. Getting rid of the ugly fat layers accumulated around the waist is a task that can be accomplished only through regular exercises for the abdominal muscles. Here are three great exercises for reducing cellulite around the waist:
- Standing with your feet spread and arms lifted on the sides, try to bend the trunk to the right while lifting the left arm above your head and the right one diagonally towards the floor. Make 4 series of 8 repetitions each. Insisting on the sides bending will help you press the fat excess while stretching the opposite side.
- Lay down on your right side of the body, your feet straight and the right arm under your head. Left arm should be bent at the back head. Try to lift the trunk and the left leg, and then return to the initial position. Switch sides and repeat the exercise. If you manage to maintain a straight position of the body, the pressure on your waist will be stronger, and muscles are stimulated.
- Lay down on your right side, legs and arms straight and fixed; try lifting your legs while the rest of the body is immobile. Make 4 series of 8 repetitions for each side of the body. In this case, the back muscles and the bottom muscles are intensively stimulated.
Cellulites will ‘melt’ in few weeks and your waist will become like before. Just remember to keep your motivation and practice regularly.
