Cardio training – Train your cellulite!

Also, instead of choosing a program that lasts a couple of hours and drains your entire energy, remember that short yet to the point cardio training sessions are as effective. It is recommended to start with a light set of exercises guided by a personal trainer, and when your body becomes used with the effort and fat burning process; you can choose a harder program.
